You are likely guessing when you should be estimating and all your projects and finances are suffering as a result. Guesstimating lands you in trouble just, and because each job is different because a job should be much like one that you have worked on before, it will not automatically mean building supplies that it'll be. Whilst you must not ignore your past experience totally, you do have to be careful of not completely taking into account what really stands before you. Use mathematical techniques and scientific methods. Maybe you have to locate a mentor who has more experience making estimates than you do. You will have won the occupation, had enough equipment to finish the job, and will not be borrowing from the present job to pay for a past occupation.
